Become a "FREESTYLE" aerobics instructor

|
Changes in the way groups fitness classes are conducted (via the swing towards franchisable fitness programs) in gymnasiums across Australia has unfortunately left a serious defacit in the number of capable freestyle aerobic instructors available for work.
Freestyle aerobics was and still is founded on the fact that an instructor must be able to draw on their own creative talents to develop a suitable group fitness class to suit the immediate demographic and client group.
Freestyle areobics incorporates a plethora of exciting fitness training concepts including:
- low impact
- high impact
- hi/low
- choreographed freestyle
- sculpt
- bands
- new body
- step
- bar
- funk
- hip hop
- latin
