Nationally Recognised

martial arts to music instructor

Teach Karate Aerobics and similar

Martial Arts concept classes

Since the introduction of martial arts based concept classes into the fitness industry, many aerobic instructors have taken on the challenge and have been delivering these concept classes for some time.

Initially this was thought to be a great idea, it satisfied the members, it encouraged new members into the gym and it became a money spinner for all involved. The problem now is, many believe that martial arts classes cause injury.

We all need to remind our selves that martial arts based training  when done sensibly is ideal for people of all ages, even people into their 80th and 90th years. Soit is fair to say that injury can always be linked back to the quality of instruction initially recieved by the client as most instructors were not correctly trained to deliver such technique specific exercise.
