The International College of Kenshusei and Security Intelligence Group have formalised a strategic alliance that will ensure that many thousands of security employment opportunities will be realised over the next 5 years with the SIG company.
This is an exciting time for my company Mr Barry Johnston (CEO International College of Kenshusei) commented, it means that not only will Kenshusei sharply increase employment opportunities for graduates of our courses, we will also be working closely with SIG to ensure that training is articulated to the needs of the company's workers.
It was discussed with SIG CEO Mr Ray Mancini that it is the intent of his organisation to expand nationally and that many exciting new contracts are looming. Mr Mancini has been working very hard behind the scenes for the past 2 years to developa fully integrated web based management system. The system allows clients and workers to gain access through secure portals from which they can view rosters, fill in time sheets and most importantly to gain access to world security news and communicate with any member of the SIG Group.

Mr Johnston said that the SIG web based system is by far the most advanced security program he has seen. All of this is the necessary infrastructure that will ensure competent management of the many thousands of graduates that we expect to train over the next 5 years.
Mr Ray Mancini, Sneior Seargent Grant Morris (Victoria Police) and Mr Barry Johnston recently held a meeting in Bendigo to discuss training and assessment strategies in the roleout of the future courses. The collaboration will ensure graduates are job ready from the perspective of police, the security industry and the Department of Education.
